Primary focus will be the Power Apps, Power Pages, Model-Driven pages, Power Automate, Dataverse and SQL.\n\nTotal Experience : 6 - 9 years\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power pages, and Copilot Studio).\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions.\n\n- Develop and implement custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power pages), including integration with Microsoft Dataverse and external data sources.\n\n- Design and automate business processes using Power Automate, ensuring performance optimization and error handling.\n\n- Provide architectural guidance on data modeling, governance, security, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.\n\n- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.\n\n- Mentor and guide development teams on Power Platform capabilities, coding standards, and reusable components.\n\n- Stay current with Microsoft's roadmap and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on existing and future solutions.\n\n- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and data privacy regulations.\n\n- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for Power Platform (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Power Platform Build Tools) is a plus.\n\n- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights -
