You will drive technical design, mentor developers, and ensure integration, security, and performance best practices across the delivery lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead technical design for case management solutions, ensuring guardrails compliance and reuse.\n\n- Own integration design (REST/SOAP, event/message patterns) and coordinate with upstream/downstream systems.\n\n- Define and enforce standards for ruleset strategy, branching, reuse patterns, and deployment.\n\n- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting (PAL, AES/diagnostics, tracer patterns).\n\n- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and drive quality through testing strategies.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.\n\nSkills & Qualifications :\n\nMust-Have :\n\n- CSSA certification (mandatory).\n\n- 6 - 8 years of strong hands-on Pega development experience with end-to-end delivery ownership.\n\n- Strong design and implementation across :\n\n1. Case architecture (multi-case orchestration, reusable subprocesses)\n\n2. Data layer (data pages, sourcing, caching, pagination strategies)\n\n3. UI rules (sections, harnesses), correspondence, SLAs, routing\n\n- Strong integration experience :\n\n1. Designing REST services, connectors, authentication patterns, resiliency and retry strategies\n\n2. Error handling, mapping, and logging standards\n\n- Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills using Tracer, Clipboard, PAL and production issue triage.\n\n- Experience with DevOps practices for Pega (branching model, pipeline deployments, merge governance).\n\nGood-to-Have :\n\n- Working experience on Pega Constellation (implementation / migration / component patterns).\n\n- Experience with latest Pega versions and upgrade/migration awareness.\n\n- Knowledge of Pega best practices for:\n\n1. Performance (DB optimization, index usage awareness, avoiding anti-patterns)\n\n2. Security (role-based access, privilege management, secure integration)\n\n- Exposure to cloud deployments (Pega Cloud / containerized deployments) and operational readiness.\n\n- Experience with reporting/analytics and operational dashboards.\n\nNice-to-Have :\n\n- Strong Banking domain exposure: disputes, cards servicing, lending origination/servicing, payments, onboarding.\n\n- Experience in Pega Smart Disputes or other Pega strategic/industry solutions:\n\n1. Pega Customer Service for Financial Services\n\n2.
