Planning & Execution : \n\n- Own end-to-end project delivery for web, cloud-native, and SaaS-based applications (Salesforce, Oracle ATG, Oracle ERP/Cloud), from initiation to closure.\n\n- Define and manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).\n\n- Develop and maintain realistic project schedules using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.\n\n- Estimate project costs (labor, infrastructure, SaaS subscriptions, third-party integrations) and manage project budgeting & forecasting.\n\n- Track actual vs. planned budget, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.\n\n- Proactively monitor project health using dashboards, burn-down charts, velocity tracking, and earned value management (EVM).\n\n- Establish clear governance frameworks for status reporting, change control, and escalation management.\n\n- Identify, assess, and maintain a live risk register - technical risks, integration risks, SaaS vendor risks, resource risks - with mitigation plans.\n\n- Drive proactive issue tracking and resolution, ensuring blockers are removed before they impact timelines.\n\n- Manage change requests (scope, schedule, cost) through formal change control processes.\n\n- Conduct phase-gate reviews, milestone sign-offs, and Go/No-Go decisions.\n\n- Facilitate lessons learned and post-implementation retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.\n\n- Manage customer expectations through regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and transparent communication.\n\n- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted delivery partner.\n\n- Ensure contractual compliance and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) where applicable.\n\n- Manage trade-offs between schedule, quality, scope, and budget in collaboration with technical architects and product owners.\n\n- Effective people manager who motivates and drives teams to achieve success.\n\nAgile & Hybrid Process Management : \n\n- Facilitate agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid (agile + waterfall for SaaS) ceremonies.\n\n- Use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Salesforce DX / Oracle Developer Cloud.\n\n-
