DAA oversees a cross-functional portfolio of digital products and delivers IT services through its centres of excellence. \n\nThe Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the Bank's IAM applications, delivering key security capabilities including authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Deliver fully tested, high-quality code aligned with functional and technical specifications.\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications supporting Identity & Access Management capabilities, including authentication, SSO, and access governance.\n\n- Configure and customize Keycloak across realms, clients, identity brokering, custom SPIs/providers, theming, and federation using SAML2/OIDC protocols.\n\n- Build and enhance Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities, covering access certification and recertification, role-based access control (RBAC), and joiner-mover-leaver (JML) provisioning workflows.\n\n- Provide Level 3 production support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to application behaviour, configuration, and code.\n\n- Develop, debug, and analyse existing IAM applications to ensure continued reliability and performance.\n\n- Interact with architects to uphold strong design principles and maintain consistent code quality standards.\n\n- Ensure designs make effective use of existing reusable components and maintain clear traceability to business requirements.\n\n- Contribute to the identification and remediation of technical vulnerabilities and obsolescence risks.\n\n- Participate in performance tuning and code optimization efforts to improve application efficiency.\n\n- Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, deployment guides, and release notes.\n\n- Apply DevOps practices to support continuous integration, automated testing, and streamlined deployment pipelines.\n\nRole Requirements:\n\n- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM).\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in Keycloak or equivalent IAM platforms, covering realm configuration, custom providers, identity brokering, theming, and clustering.\n\n- Solid experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), including access certification, RBAC/ABAC modelling, and joiner-mover-leaver (JML) provisioning workflows.\n\n- Working knowledge of SSO and federation protocols, including SAML v2 and OpenID Connect.\n\n- Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.\n\n- Experience providing Level 3 support for live production applications.\n\n- Strong application debugging and troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Sound knowledge of database design, SQL queries, and stored procedures.\n\n- Familiarity with REST API design and development.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD tooling including GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and Sonar.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science, Technology, Physics, or Math.\n\nCompetencies :\n\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.\n\n- A proactive approach to work, with well-developed organizational abilities.\n\n-
