The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across the ServiceNow platform, with deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, application development, integrations, and enterprise IT workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and best practices across the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow applications and workflows.\n\n- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.\n\n- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.\n\n- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.\n\n- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural solutions.\n\n- Mentor developers and contribute to technical capability building within the team.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience with strong hands-on development expertise.\n\n- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, application design, and development.\n\n- Strong expertise in any 2 or more of the following ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Now Assist, ServiceNow Integrations, Custom Applications.\n\n- Strong proficiency in : JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and UI Policies, ServiceNow workflows and application development.\n\n- Experience designing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions and integrations.\n\n- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, architecture principles, and development standards.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.\n\n- Experience in technical leadership or solution architecture roles.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS or CTA would be an
