This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and turning complex data into clear, meaningful stories that support EKN’s growth and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nInterpret data, analyze results, and identify opportunities for optimization or growth.\n\nManage data and pipelines across reports and data sources for accuracy and consistency.\n\nCreate and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.\n\nEstablish and track KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.\n\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements; translate business needs into actionable solutions through business analysis, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven insights.\n\nPartner with Executive and Stakeholders to prioritize business and opportunity needs.\n\nCollect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.\n\nCollect and analyze user interactions and behavior to identify high-value actions and insights.\n\nIdentify key data points, design necessary pipelines and data flows to support product metrics, analytics, and performance reporting.\n\nRequirements\n3 to 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, User Analytics, or related field\n\nExperience in gathering and building Requirements for analytics or project management\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office.\n\nIntermediate-level proficiency using SQL or similar query language.\n\nExceptional problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.\n\nBachelors' degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau or similar data visualization software.\n\nExperience with Pendo, Amplitude, or Google Tag Manager or related\n\nWhy Join Us:\nAt EKN Engineering, you’ll be part of a company that values innovation and accountability and supports our employees' professional growth and personal development.
