recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Civil Engineer \n\nLocations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Manage, supervise, and co-ordinate a 10-man team that specializes in construction and finishing.\n\n Maintenance of high-rise buildings.\n\n Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meet engineering standards\n\n Knowledgeable and experienced in various fields including aluco board, and façade.\n\n Installation of aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.\n\n Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.\n\n Contractor management such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion.\n\nRequirements\n\n Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineer with 3– 5years relevant work experience.\n\n A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage\n\n License as a Professional Engineer (PE) is often required.\n\n Must have hands on experience in finishing buildings and construction\n\n Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software.\n\n Strong skills in math, science, and engineering principles.\n\n Good communication and team collaboration skills are essential for effectively managing diverse teams and working with
