necessary.\n Requirements\n Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n 1-3 years of IT support experience.\n Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.\n Familiarity with Active Directory and user account administration.\n Strong problem-solving and communication skills.\n Ability to work
