Обязанности:

  • отражение в учете операций по расчетам с поставщиками и подрядчиками в соответствии с действующим законодательством (прием, проверка, систематизация первичной документации, сверка расчетов с контрагентами)
  • проведение инвентаризации расчетов
  • формирование книги покупок
  • выдача и регистрация доверенностей по получение ТМЦ
  • отражение в учете операций по движению ТМЦ
  • участие в инвентаризациях
  • архивирование документов.

Требования:

  • опыт работы от 3 лет
  • знание законодательства РФ о бухгалтерском учёте, налогах и сборах
  • владение программами 1С Бухгалтерия 8.3, Контур Диадок, СБИС
  • знание EXCEL, WORD, правовых систем
  • внимательность, исполнительность, коммуникабельность, порядочность
  • знание этики делового общения
