le suivi des portefeuilles en impayés et des dossiers à risque.\n\nSuperviser le transfert et le traitement des dossiers en contentieux.\n\nAssurer le suivi des procédures judiciaires et des actions engagées auprès des tribunaux.\n\nVeiller au respect de la réglementation et de la législation tunisienne en matière de recouvrement.\n\nSuivre les performances des équipes et les indicateurs de recouvrement.\n\nPréparer les reportings et proposer les actions correctives nécessaires.\n\nCollaborer avec les agences, la Direction et les intervenants externes (avocats, huissiers, tribunaux, etc.).\n\nProfil recherché\nExpérience confirmée en recouvrement amiable et contentieux, idéalement dans le secteur financier ou de la microfinance.\n\nExpérience en management et supervision d’équipes.\n\nBonne connaissance de la législation tunisienne et des procédures judiciaires.\n\nMaîtrise des techniques de recouvrement et fort sens du résultat.\n\nRigueur, capacité d’analyse, organisation et fermeté dans la négociation.\n\nUne expérience avec le Tribunal de Ben Arous constitue un
