utilization and minimize seasonal losses.\n· Oversee Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Utilities through departmental heads, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.\n· Coordinate with Sales and Export teams to align product mix, production capacity, customer requirements, pricing strategies, and delivery commitments.\n· Evaluate and lead capital expenditure projects, technology upgrades, and capacity expansion initiatives to improve competitiveness and return on investment.\n· Ensure company-wide compliance with food safety regulations, international export requirements, customer standards, and applicable certifications.\n· Build and develop a high-performing management team, establish clear accountability, evaluate departmental performance, and develop succession plans.\n· Establish strategic KPIs, review financial and operational performance, manage business risks, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.\nRequirements\n· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.\n· Minimum 20 years of total professional experience.\n· Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager.\n· Age 50 years or older.\n· Strong, proven experience in manufacturing fruit and vegetable concentrates and IQF frozen fruits and vegetables.\n· Excellent leadership,
