Shipping Manager- (Export Logistics)

Manage all shipping and export logistics operations from order confirmation to final delivery.
Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and Transporters.
Handle Export Documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, Certificates, and other required documents.
Ensure timely booking of containers, vessel schedules, stuffing, and shipment dispatch.
Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with logistics service providers.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Export, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Quality teams.
Track shipments and resolve delays, claims, demurrage, and detention issues.
Manage and develop the shipping team and improve logistics efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in Shipping / Export Logistics.
Strong experience in Agriculture, Fresh Produce, Frozen Food, Food & Beverage, or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of Sea Freight, Container Shipping, Export Documentation & Customs.
Experience dealing with international shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Very good English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
