are looking for a presentable, professional, and organized Reception & Office Coordinator to manage reception and support daily office, showroom, and sample coordination activities.\nResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients, suppliers, and visitors professionally.\n\nAnswer and manage incoming calls and messages.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and client-ready office and showroom.\n\nSupervise the Office Boy and ensure the office is properly cleaned and maintained.\n\nPurchase and maintain stock of stationery, office supplies, and showroom materials.\n\nOrganize fabric samples, hangers, product codes, and displays.\n\nCoordinate with DHL and other courier companies for receiving and sending samples and documents.\n\nArrange sample shipments to customers and suppliers inside and outside Egypt.\n\nFollow up on shipments and maintain sample/shipment records.\n\nCoordinate office maintenance and service providers when needed.\n\nProvide general administrative support to the team.\n\nRequirements\nFemale candidate.\n\nBachelor’s degree.\n\nPresentable with a professional appearance and manner.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nGood English, written and spoken.\n\nGood knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and internet.\n\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.\n\nExperience with DHL/courier companies is a plus.\n\nPrevious reception or office coordination experience is preferred.\n\nExperience in textile, fabric, fashion, or trading companies is a
