to avoid delays and additional costs.\n\nMonitor international shipping schedules, lead times, freight costs, and potential supply chain risks.\n\nCoordinate with the Finance, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Operations teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely payments, and proper receipt of imported materials.\n\nReview and verify import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required shipping and customs documents.\n\nAnalyze supplier performance, procurement costs, market trends, and foreign currency fluctuations to support informed purchasing decisions.\n\nMaintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, purchase orders, and import shipment reports.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable import regulations, customs requirements, and internal procurement policies.\n\nIdentify opportunities to reduce procurement and logistics costs while maintaining product quality and delivery reliability.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.\n\nPreferred near to 10th of Ramadan\n\nMinimum 5 years of proven experience in foreign procurement and international importing operations.\n\nMandatory hands-on experience in raw materials procurement and container unloading operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of international purchasing procedures, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and import logistics.\n\nProven experience negotiating with overseas suppliers and managing supplier relationships.\n\nPractical understanding of freight forwarding, shipping schedules, container handling, and warehouse receiving procedures.\n\nStrong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments and procurement priorities simultaneously.\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant procurement or ERP
