maintain effective inventory control procedures, stock rotation, and traceability practices.\n\nMonitor warehouse performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to reduce losses and operating costs.\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, security, and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.\n\nCoordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth material flow and accurate stock reporting.\n\nPrepare periodic reports covering stock balances, inventory movements, damaged goods, discrepancies, and warehouse performance.\n\nMonitor the condition of warehouse equipment and ensure its proper use and maintenance.\n\nInvestigate damaged, missing, or expired materials and report incidents to the relevant management.\n\nEnsure the proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out), where applicable.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or inventory control.\n\nProven experience supervising warehouse teams and managing day-to-day warehouse operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.\n\nPractical experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.\n\nExperience supervising loading and unloading operations and ensuring safe material handling.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.\n\nStrong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under operational pressure.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills across different
