to 4 years in a direct sales role, ideally in automotive, with a real track record of hitting and beating your targets\n\nReady to step in and contribute from day one, no long ramp-up needed\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed\n\nA sales approach that's genuinely strategic, not just pushing whatever's in front of you, and the discipline to hit tough targets consistently\n\nA real interest in giving customers a good experience, not just closing the deal and moving on\n\nComfort working inside a CRM to manage leads, track conversations, and stay organized\n\nSolid product knowledge, specs, market trends, and enough confidence to answer tough questions on the spot\n\nThe ability to explain financing and installment options clearly, without making it confusing for the customer\n\nA track record of keeping customers around after the sale, not just at the moment of purchase\n\nStrong in-person selling skills, knowing how to read a showroom and work a conversation\n\nA natural way of building trust with people from all kinds of backgrounds\n\nOrganized enough to follow up on every lead consistently, without letting anything slip\n\nSelf-driven and results-focused, while still being someone
