# Creative Lead

Our creative agency is servicing a leading automotive brand and the role we're hiring is a Creative Lead responsible for acting as the creative and brand authority for a key automotive account. Sets annual brand direction, builds campaign strategy and success metrics, ensures creative consistency and quality across touchpoints, leads the creative team, manages the client creative relationship, and drives creative strategy for new business pitches. Requirements What You'll Do Set the brand's key pillars, USPs and core brand message each year. Ensure these are rolled out consistently across all of the client's marketing departments and touchpoints. Act as the client's brand gatekeeper for all creatives, content and key messages, with final creative sign-off before anything goes out. Define and evolve brand tone, and lead the annual refresh of the brand's look and feel. Shape the creative direction of the annual marketing plan, including yearly themes and key campaign moments. Build the thought strategy behind each campaign: the audience insight, the problem it solves and why the idea will work.
