maintain, and troubleshoot the organisation’s computers, printers, servers, network infrastructure, and other IT equipment.\n\nProvide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, internet connectivity and access to IT resources.\n\nImplement and maintain IT security measures, including antivirus protection, access controls, data protection, and regular system updates.\n\nManage user accounts, email accounts, permissions, and access to organisational systems.\n\nConduct regular data backups and support data recovery processes when required.\n\nMaintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, software licences, equipment, and warranties.\n\nCoordinate IT equipment procurement, repairs, maintenance, and relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.\n\nDevelop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support records.\n\nSupport the implementation of new technologies, digital tools, and IT systems to improve business operations.\n\nEnsure compliance with organisational IT policies, procedures, and applicable data protection requirements.\n\nIdentify potential IT risks and recommend improvements to system performance, reliability, and security.\n\nProvide basic IT training and guidance to employees on the effective use of company systems and software.\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n5–6 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, network management, or a similar role.\n\nStrong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.\n\nPractical experience in network configuration, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, email administration, and user account management.\n\nKnowledge of IT security practices, data backup, recovery procedures, and endpoint protection.\n\nExperience managing IT assets, vendors, and technical support requests.\n\nLocation:
