coordinating internal meetings, team activities, and operational requirements.\n\nIdentify recurring operational challenges and suggest practical solutions.\n\nPrepare basic operational reports and provide updates to management on ongoing activities.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation, files, databases, and internal records.\n\nSupport the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.\n\nRequirements:\n\nFirst degree from a reputable tertiary institution.\n1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or a similar role.\nPrevious experience in an advertising, creative, media, marketing, or professional services environment is an advantage.\n\nStrong organisational and coordination skills.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nProficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.\n\nAbility to use task/project management tools is an advantage.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with different
