By continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation, we strive to pioneer the future of construction, creating sustainable and impactful solutions that leave a lasting legacy.\nExcellence, Integrity and, Innovation - every step of the way.\n The main purpose of the Sr. Engineer - Planning role is to prepare the baseline schedule as well as tender schedule, overview schedules update and monitor project progress, administer schedule to clients / consultants and assist in delay analysis for EOT Claims.\nSupport the development of KSA national employees across the team to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance.\nConduct affairs with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance\nEnsure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values \nAdopt and utilize systems and ERP \nImplementation of instructions, Deadlines, work Methodologies, project execution plan, procedures, procurement plan and overall project strategies in order to prepare baseline schedule \nTakes a lead in preparing Tender schedules as requested and checks that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules\nIntegrates inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties\nDevelops specific work breakdown structures and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions for new work items assigned\nProvide site management the planned manpower requirements\nIdentify and analyze preliminary risks and recommend corrective measures\nOversee data inputs related to project execution plans and support development of required plans (constructability plan, procurement plan, engineering plan, construction schedule, budgets, mobilization plan) and budgets as per submitted bid\nEnsure budgets, schedules, WBS and CBS are set-up in EPM and EPPM\nEnsure EPM and EPPM users are selected and trained and assigned to the project\nSupport the performance of project controls resources activities on sites\nMonitor performance of equipment and manpower, material deliveries and wastage and overall project cost controls\nIdentify, analyze and monitor schedule deviations for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor and recommend corrective action/work-around solutions for project considerations\nPrepare action plan and arrange action plans’ weekly meetings\nHighlight activities with delay risk, allocate ownership of action plan, as well as identify target dates for completing the action plan\n Bachelor of Engineering, Civil or relevant degree related to project management and/or construction is required\nMinimum 8 years of relevant planning experience and working in sites\nReview all the documents (letters, request for information, site inspection request, variation orders, drawings etc.) and identify the ones related to the delay events that will be used for preparation of claims for extension of time\nImplementation of standard methods of delay analysis (as planned impacted, time impacts analysis etc.) for the preparation of claims for extension of time\nPerforming other duties related to the job as assigned by the Planning Department Manager\nAdvanced training courses in latest versions of Primavera, including EPPM\nProfessional knowledge in construction methods and procedures\nProfessional knowledge in project planning and scheduling software\nGood ability in analyzing and solving issues effectively\nA robust collaborator and effective team player\nDelivery-oriented professional with proven records of delivering success\nStrong written and oral communication\nHighly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail\nHighly skilled in team management and able to work cohesively as part of the wider organization\nExcellent communication and organization skills\nProven ability to handle complex projects with a focus on results\nWell experienced in scheduling and planning for construction projects\nDemonstrate good project management skills provided with high ability of data gathering and assessment\nWell experienced in contract management and record keeping\nAdditional Info:\nThis is a Full-time job offering standard benefits such as paid annual leave, public holidays, living allowances, healthcare coverage, and end of service benefits.
