By continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation, we strive to pioneer the future of construction, creating sustainable and impactful solutions that leave a lasting legacy.\nExcellence, Integrity and, Innovation - every step of the way.\n The main purpose of the MEP Project Manager role is to ensure timely completion of the project within approved budgets on cost and resources without compromising on quality & safety.\nManage the development of KSA national employees across the function to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance\nProvide inputs to Human Resources on succession planning, employee career growth, and organizational structure\nManage and conduct the affairs of the team with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance\nEnsure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values across all function’s employees and provide leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices\nReinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices\nManage the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP in the function\nRepresent the organization and enhance relationships in dealings with client, consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure all agreements are implemented\nLead and communicate with Company’s field supervision, subcontractors and vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEP\nRepresent the Company with owner(s), architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors and subcontractors\nAdminister financial aspects of the owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders\nBuild effective working relationships with clients and the Company’s project team members\nReview the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with Project Lead\nCreate a schedule of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization, including review and validation with team members\nReview purchasing process and document control\nMaintain the cost control, buy schedule, write scopes of work, distribute and log subcontracts, write required contract riders and purchase orders, and confirm compliance with project insurance requirements\nMaintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence\nAttend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate\nManage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively\nDeliver all necessary manuals and consolidate project documentation and files\nManage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process\nDeliver all warranties, as-builts and training to the owner\nManage work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including the control of work hours, overtime and incentive schemes to improve efficiency\n B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering\n10 - 15 years of experience in MEP construction and project management, of which at least 5 years in a managerial position\nProficiency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)\nWell versed in construction project safety, NEBOSH or OSHA certification is mandatory\nExcellent communication, people management skills and problem-solving skills\nExcellent stakeholder management skills\nWell-versed in identifying and mitigating project risks\nCapable of predicting project cost to complete and abiding to budgeted project plan\nExperienced in P&L accountability with business acumen\nGood knowledge in Construction Management, QA/QC Management, and Contractual Management\nProven ability to handle complex projects with a focus on results\nDemonstrate high level of knowledge in civil construction management along with project management skills\nProvide proficient knowledge in engineering along with HSE implementations\nWell-experienced in implementing Statutory, Legal, and Company Policies and Procedures\nAdditional Info:\nThis is a Full-time job offering standard benefits such as paid annual leave, public holidays, living allowances, healthcare coverage, and end of service benefits.
