By continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation, we strive to pioneer the future of construction, creating sustainable and impactful solutions that leave a lasting legacy.\nExcellence, Integrity and, Innovation - every step of the way.\n The main purpose of the Sr. Engineer - Site (Architect) role is to manage a section of a construction project to provide technical advice and supervise work crews and subcontractors on site to ensure that their tasks are completed on time and within budget\nSupport the development of KSA national employees across the team to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance\nProvide inputs to Human Resources on succession planning, employee career growth, and organizational structure\nManage and conduct the affairs of the team with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance\nEnsure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values across all function’s employees and provide leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices\nReinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices\nManage the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP in the team\nSupervise day-to-day responsibilities of the Section team in accordance with project plans within the company’s policies and procedures and meeting the approved budget\nOversee related equipment operations at site and manage effective utilization\nAssess the Construction Manager in preparations of any variation order for to scope of works that could result from design or shop drawings approval by consultant or instructions from client\nFollow up with project consultant for approval on design, shop drawings and material submittals\nReport to the Construction Manager on the operational and financial status of the site section of project under his responsibility\nMonitor labor availability and calculate daily productivity to support project execution within budget and schedule\nFollow up on delivery and close out of project section in accordance to the contractual arrangements and the financial outcome based on agreed financial and commercial objectives\nPrepare and present weekly section summary reports for Construction Manager\nAssess Construction Manager to implement directions to achieve high satisfaction and a constructive relationship with clients\nWork with suppliers, subcontractors to establish detailed project plans which identify key milestones and deliverables\nEnsure health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed\nOversee the implementation of the approved shop drawings as per specifications and standards \nSupport the Construction Manager in Preparation of all Inspection Requests by Consultant’s engineers\nReview the approved drawings, specifications and standards.\nGet the best productivity from his team and resources in order to meet all targets on time and within budget\nEnsure all tasks are carried out in accordance to the approved project plans\nHaving full awareness of company QHSE plan’s implementation on site\nPrepare the Daily site report and fill all forms related to his section\n B.Sc. in Civil Engineering\n10-15 years of experience in construction sites\nProficiency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)\nProficient in construction management.\nKnowledge in business advisory.\nKnowledge in QA/QC management.\nKnowledge in Project management.\nKnowledge in HSE management\nAdditional Info:\nThis is a Full-time job offering standard benefits such as paid annual leave, public holidays, living allowances, healthcare coverage, and end of service benefits.
