You have a strong foundational understanding of Computer Science, but you are not dogmatic. You use the best tool for the job, and you are not stubborn about writing code by hand.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation: A formal degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.\n\nExperience: 3+ years of relevant professional experience.\n\nTech Stack: Strong familiarity with Python and Typescript. Experience in a low-level programming language or DevOps/MLOps is a plus.\n\nDesirable Skills:\nFrontend: Familiarity with any modern JavaScript framework.\n\nModern Tooling: Experience using AI coding assistants in professional environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development without losing understanding of the underlying logic.\n\nTranslation and/or interpreting tech: Experience with translation management systems (memoQ, Phrase, Trados, XTM, etc.) and/or speech translation solutions.\n\nLow-Code/No-Code: Technical or conceptual experience with low-code environments to automate business logic.\n\nDutch language skills are a big plus\n\nYour DNA\nHigh Agency: You take ownership.
