Working closely with Product Management, you will lead the design and implementation of complex platform capabilities that advance Elanco's digital quality vision.\nYour Responsibilities:\nServe as the technical lead for Quality Oversight platforms, partnering with Product Management to collaboratively discover and orchestrate strategic platform enhancements and business initiatives that deliver value and outcomes.\n\nDiscover and design innovative solutions through rapid prototyping and feedback and demos that reduce fiction and toil for complex QMS and Quality workflows such as Deviation Management, CAPA, Change Control, Quality Events, Controlled Documents, Training, and related Quality processes.\n\nProvide mentorship, coaching, and technical leadership and escalation for junior engineers.\n\nOwn and orchestrate technical validation and release management activities in regulated GxP environments guiding and transforming to CI/CD where possible.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years working in a regulated environment, i.e. pharma.\n\nProven ability to deliver complex platform enhancements and business process improvements.\n\nKey Skills: hands-on software engineering, integrations, and platform configuration (Workflows, Security Models, Lifecycles).\n\nWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):\nVeeva Vault Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on Vault JDK custom development and configuration experience strongly valued.\n\nExperience leading major Quality platform implementations or enhancement initiatives.\n\nCustom integrations with variety of enterprise and localized systems from the research lab to the manufacturing floor handling quality events (deviations, CAPAs, change control, etc.)\n\nExperience supporting integrations, automation, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives within regulated environments.\n\nAdditional Information:\nTravel: 10%\nLocation: US - Indianapolis - Hybrid Work Environment\nDon't meet every single requirement?
