This includes the coordination, planning and measurement of the operations related training activities.\nYour Responsibilities:\nLead & Coordinate Training: Serve as Lead Trainer by partnering with operations supervisors to build effective plans and upskill OJT trainers.\nMonitor Competency & KPIs: Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate KPIs to ensure workforce competency and operational readiness.\nDevelop & Document Learning: Support curricula development and manage the completion and submission of all training documentation to the Learning team.\nPromote Safety & Quality: Actively support operations in maintaining a strong culture of safety and quality throughout the training process.\nWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent\nExperience: A minimum of 3 years experience in a regulated environment and managing data within a Learning Management System.\nSkills: System proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office.
