In this role, you will be responsible for advancing long-term quality plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving excellence in customer service across lab operations.\nYour Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement a clear strategic vision for QC operations to maximize laboratory capability and maintain a competitive edge.\nLead and develop a team of 5-12 department personnel, overseeing talent management, bench strength, and performance accountability.\nAnticipate and prevent quality or regulatory issues by overseeing testing, inspection, and material release for manufacturing, packaging, and stability.\nFoster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure the delivery of customer needs while balancing compliance and operational productivity.\nDrive strategic planning and yearly objective setting to meet evolving business needs and quality standards.\nWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):\n Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Science-related field preferred).\nExperience: Progressive leadership experience with a demonstrated track record in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Laboratory Operations.\nMust demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing, sourcing, and microbiology, with the ability to manage complexity through strategic planning and tactical implementation.\nWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):\nPrevious experience in people management within a regulated environment.\nExperience in Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) or Regulatory Affairs.\nProven ability to lead change management and implement new processes in a GxP environment.\nAdditional Information:\nLocation: Clinton, IN - On-site\nDon't meet every single requirement?
