The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance our IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities and streamline business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.\nYou will be joining TechOps, who are responsible for all IT Infrastructure, Client Services, and Global & Site Operations across the enterprise. We leverage modern technologies to build for the future and empower Elanco employees to build amazing things.\nYour Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and custom applications.\n\nImplement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server).\n\nCreate and manage forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and service portals to meet business requirements.\n\nPerform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.\n\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide estimates for development efforts.\n\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.\n\nStay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.\n\nMaintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and configurations.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):\nBachelor's degree in a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in IT Service Management including ServiceNow Development\n\nStrong understanding of ITIL principles\n\nDemonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):\nExperience implementing AI-powered support solutions.\n\nITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher.\n\nAdditional Information:\nTravel: 0-10%\n\nLocation: Bangalore, India - Hybrid Work Environment\n\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
