In this role you’ll be responsible for upkeep training onboarding personnel, driving consistency through operations training programs, upkeep of training kpis, scheduling and planning of operations training activities, as well as supporting the business through operational delivery.\nYour Responsibilities:\nCoordinate, plan, and measure operations related training activities\n\nServe as Lead trainer - ops trainer of trainers\n\nSupport curricula development\n\nDrive documentation lifecycle management (draft, review, approve, batch review)\n\nSupport operations, uphold strong safety and quality culture.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):\nEducation: GED or equivalent\n\nExperience: 3 years GMP with experience in drafting and reviewing documentation\n\nWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):\nTraining matrix development\n\nOperational excellence\n\nStrong understanding of success factors\n\nUnderstanding of process and equipment flows in MaB production\n\nAdditional Information:\nTravel: occasional \n\nLocation: Elwood, KS\n\nThe Elwood manufacturing facility is a 24/7/365 operation.
