In this role, you will play a pivotal part in Elanco's success during a historic launch period for the Pet Health organization, leveraging your expertise to meet and exceed sales goals with an innovative product portfolio.\nYour Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive product placement and achieve sales goals within key veterinary hospitals and clinics.\nProvide leadership and influence for distributor representatives within the territory, ensuring alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.\nBuild and maintain impactful partnerships with key decision-makers across independent clinics and corporate veterinary hospitals.\nServe as the primary liaison for local and state veterinary medical associations (VMAs), coordinating Elanco's presence at major industry events.\nPlan and execute product launch events and educational meetings in partnership with veterinary services to drive market share and adoption.\nWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience.\nExperience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience in a competitive, complex selling environment (e.g., medical device).\nTop Skills: Demonstrated competitive drive with a proven track record of success and the ability to strategically manage a complex portfolio across diverse customer accounts.\nRequirements: Must have a Valid Driver’s License, an acceptable driving record, and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):\nEstablished partnerships with veterinary practices within the Savannah, GA territory.\nHigh degree of interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and the ability to influence without authority.\nStrong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.\nIn-depth knowledge of the companion animal market and veterinary products.\nAdvanced degree (e.g., MBA).\nAdditional Information:\nTravel: 25-50%\nLocation: Tampa/Clearwater, FL - US Remote\nDon't meet every single requirement?
