Here, you’ll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.\nMaking animals’ lives better makes life better - join our team today!\nYour Role: Technical Consultant\nTo lead swine technical service activities, guiding Key Account Customers, distributors to increase penetration of swine products.\nYour Responsibilities:\nTo lead swine/ruminant products’ technical service activities in coordination with peer TCs, guiding Key Account Customers, distributors to increase penetration of swine/ruminant products\n\nVisiting key account farms and distributor key customers including product introduction, technical training, technical consultancy\n\nCarry out marketing trials with farms including demand evaluation, protocol designing, trial follow-up, report writing\n\nCarry out product trials with universities/institutes including protocol building, trial follow-up, report writing\n\nUpdate technical information for swine/ruminant (vaccine/medication program, diseases…); and work with experts (researchers, lecturers, suppliers, independent consultants)\n\nConduct and deploy the technical service of Elanco (farm diagnosis, explaining the lab analysis result, develop new application…)\n\nDesign content for promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, posters, etc.\n\nResponsible for reviewing and approving technical and product content.\n\nImplement EKS (LLS, LOW, etc.) to enhance customer service, including implementation, training, analysis and interpretation of results.\n\nBe speaker at workshops, conferences and staff training.\n\nWork closely with Swine/Ruminant Product Manager and Sales Managers to align with marketing & technical strategies for each product\n\nReport to Marketing Manager\n\nEnsuring of myself and my subordinates (if any) comply with the company rules and regulations including Ethics and Compliance and external laws and regulations.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):\nUniversity degree in Veterinary Medicine.\n\nFluent in English (both written and spoken)\n\nAt least 2 year in swine farm experience.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in technical position within in agro-industry and the pharmaceutical industry\n\nWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) :\nProven technical service management ability\n\nExperience to gain clinical trial management\n\nAdditional Information:\nLocation: Hanoi, Vietnam\n\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
