Your role will focus on building strong customer relationships, executing company strategies, and ensuring timely product movement and payment collection.\nYour Responsibilities:\nMeet with veterinarians and other key customers to promote animal health products and generate profitable sales.\nCollaborate with distributors to drive product liquidation and encourage repeat purchasing.\nFollow up on outstanding payments from customers and distributors to ensure timely collections.\nImplement company strategies in the field, monitor competitor activity, and provide timely feedback.\nAchieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer and territory data.\nWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or a related field.\nExperience: Prior experience in animal health or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a territory-based role.\nTop Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and sales execution skills.\nWhat Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications):\nStrong understanding of the animal health market, including veterinary channels and livestock farming.\nExperience working with distributors and managing accounts receivable.\nProven ability to meet sales targets and execute field strategies effectively.\nHigh levels of ethics, self-discipline, and accountability.\nProficiency in reporting systems and Microsoft Office tools.\nAdditional Information:\nLocation: Based in India - field-based role covering an assigned sales territory.\nTravel: Frequent travel required within the assigned region for customer engagement and distributor meetings.\nMust attend company meetings and training sessions as scheduled and comply with all company policies and reporting systems.\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
