About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing technology business.
You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, starting conversations with decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
This is a target-driven role for someone who is confident communicating with customers, commercially minded and looking to build their career in technology sales.
You must be based in Kosovo to be considered for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and engage potential customers through phone, email and LinkedIn
- Research target companies and key decision-makers
- Understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities
- Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings/demos for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage your pipeline
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity information within the CRM
- Work closely with the wider sales team to improve messaging, targeting and conversion
- Deliver against agreed activity, meeting and pipeline targets
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Kosovo
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a customer-facing commercial role
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident communicating with customers over the phone
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Proactive, organised and resilient
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Coachable and motivated to develop
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Previous B2B SaaS or technology sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

You’ll be measured on the quality and consistency of the pipeline you create, including:
- Qualified meetings/demos booked
- Sales opportunities generated
- Meeting attendance and conversion
- Prospecting activity and engagement
- Pipeline value generated
