If so, we’d love to hear from you!\nLocation: Must reside in the Bay Area\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nLeading a team of Enterprise account executives to exceed bookings targets\nDeveloping comprehensive knowledge of our technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape\nActively contributing to and owning sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation\nEnsuring the attainment of assigned sales quotas by ‘leading from the front’ and driving Elastic’s sales methodology\nActively fostering an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement\nEstablish and maintain collaborative relationships with representatives of the Open Source community and partner ecosystems\nTravel regularly to assist in deal creation and closure, as well as meet any managerial needs and provide support to your team as required.\nPartnering across Elastic’s leadership community to ensure a seamless customer experience\nWhat You Bring With You:\nProven experience leading successful Enterprise sales teams\nProven success developing and executing a scalable and repeatable sales strategy\nStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities\nExperience building and implementing sales processes and frameworks\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nConsistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives within a fast paced and technical client acquisition driven business\nSaaS sales leadership\nAbility to operate in an entrepreneurial environment\nBonus Points:\nExperience working within an Open Source\nCompensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE). On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 60/40 pay mix (base salary / target variable). \nThe typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. \nAn employee's position within the OTE range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.\nElastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
