This role specifically focuses on human user onboarding and agents onboarding, directly influencing the successful growth of Elastic Cloud.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nDefine the vision and roadmap for self service cloud growth, encompassing: onboarding and trial experience, product features adoption and trial activation, customer interviews and churn analysis, product engagement analytics and email nurturing.\nPartnering with engineering leads to prioritizing technical investments and establishing realistic delivery timelines.\nCollaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their specific onboarding flows and trial experience.\nDrive technical decision-making regarding onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers.\nInterface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on trial experience.\nCollaborate with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.\nDrive native integrations with 3rd party developers platforms.\nWhat You Bring \n4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.\nStrong background and experience with Product Led Growth.\nDemonstrated experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials.\nData-driven approach to product decisions, with experience in product adoption and analysis.\nStrong communication skills, capable of cross function collaborations and alignment.\nExperience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.\nBonus Points\nDirect experience with Elasticsearch or similar search/database technologies.\nBackground in product marketing.\nExperience with cloud service providers marketplaces.\nCompensation for this role is in the form of base salary.
