Our flagship app is a homegrown platform crafted to integrate campaign planning, performance reporting, automation, and audience management.\nWe’re seeking a Full Stack Technical Developer with a backend focus to join our team as a proficient contributor, working closely with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and users to help bring our roadmap to life.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nBuild and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and database structures that power our internalmarketing applications.\nTranslate business requirements from marketers and TPMs into reliable, intuitive full-stack features, applying sound judgment within established team practices and procedures.\nContribute to the technical implementation of features from the database up to the API layer, while working in the frontend codebase (React/TypeScript).\nCollaborate with frontend-focused engineers and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth system integration and development lifecycle.\nParticipate in technical planning and estimation, providing input on impact, feasibility, and dependencies.\nParticipate in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback and sharing best practices with your peers.\nHelp us continue to consolidate marketing tools, reduce SaaS dependencies, and deliver custom-built, natively integrated applications that meet unique business needs\nWhat You Bring\n2+ years of experience as a full stack or backend-leaning developer, with solid experience in server-side\ndevelopment (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go).\n\nWorking proficiency in frontend development using React and TypeScript\nGood understanding of API design, data modeling, and backend performance, with a growing grasp ofsystem architecture.\n\nExperience delivering technical features and collaborating across functions (PM, TPM, Design, etc.).\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (ideally Google Cloud) and the principles behind resilient distributed systems.\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-style development workflows.\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical team members and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nPassion for continuous improvement, creative problem solving, and delivering delightful internal tools.\nBonus Points\nFamiliarity with Google Cloud services (e.g., Cloud Functions, BigQuery)\nExperience with NoSQL databases, specifically Elasticsearch\nExposure to modern web application frameworks like Next.js\nExperience building data pipelines, analytics dashboards, or data visualizations\nExperience integrating AI capabilities or LLMs into enterprise applications\nHands-on work with no-code/low-code integration tools (e.g., Zapier) or automation platforms\nAdditional Information - We Take Care of Our People\nAs a distributed company, diversity drives our identity.
