You will participate in coding, crafting solutions, debugging sophisticated failure scenarios, and prioritizing bug fixes and features. You’ll analyze the current system, its strength and limitations.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nGuide cross-team technical designs and help create a team-wide high level architecture\n\nLead best practices for development, ensuring a reliable, scalable foundation and an engaging user experience for our customers\n\nContribute and lead technical plans and direction within our team and across other product teams in Elastic\n\nBe part of a distributed team of engineers from all across the globe\n\nCollaborate with other teams within Elastic. This role does not have a variable compensation component. \nThe typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.
