We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operator to join our team and play a vital role in our production process. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, learning to operate various machinery and equipment used in the vinyl record production process. Your focus on quality, problem-solving skills, and dedication will help us maintain the highest production standards. As part of this role, you’ll work on a rotating shift basis, which provides exposure to different aspects of our production processes and supports work-life balance for many team members. Our shift schedule includes:\nLate Shift : 2pm - 10 pm 8 hours- Monday - Friday\nWe aim to provide reasonable notice of shift allocations and do our best to accommodate preferences where possible\nResponsibilities\nHands-On Training: Learn to operate and maintain a variety of equipment and machinery used in our production process.\nQuality Assurance: Monitor the production process, inspect materials and products for quality, and make precise adjustments to ensure top-notch results.\nProblem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues, minimising downtime and ensuring efficient production.\nProcess Management: Follow established manufacturing processes and maintain accurate records of production jobs, materials used, and any issues encountered.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to prioritise and fulfil production orders promptly, contributing to the timely delivery of products.\nInventory Management: Assist in the organisation and management of supplies and materials to keep the production line running smoothly.\nCareer Development: Earn relevant qualifications and certifications as you grow in your role, with opportunities for further skill development and career advancement.\nRequirements\nGCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above.\nA keen interest in the production process and a desire to learn and grow in the field.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced
