Engineers have autonomy over technical implementation decisions while partnering with Product on feature scope and priorities. Your team will own features end-to-end - from architecture and design through deployment and production support.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEssential\n5+ years of professional software development experience\n2+ years of experience managing a team\nTrack record of leading high-performing teams that deliver high-quality software projects\nExperience building APIs using modern backend technologies\nAbility to communicate complex technical problems clearly to both technical and non-technical partners\nEnthusiasm and interest in building systems using AI and large language models\nValued but Not Required\nExperience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, etc.)\nExperience building systems with AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)\nExperience with server-side technology including Python and MySQL\nExperience deploying systems on AWS or other cloud providers\nDevOps/observability experience or strong interest in learning\nKnowledge of US healthcare industry and health tech\nEveryone Is Welcome \nWe’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive engineering team.
