assemblies including cross-disciplinary integration\nWork within structured development methodologies such as Stage-Gate and V-Model including writing engineering documentation SRD, PDR, CDR\nCollaborate closely with R&D teams, suppliers, and subcontractors\nSelect, manage, and oversee suppliers with understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, additive manufacturing, composites\nPlan and execute verification and validation activities including test design, execution, and analysis\nWork with configuration control systems PDM or PLM and manage engineering changes ECO or ECN\nSupport transition from development to production and resolve engineering issues on the manufacturing floor\nPerform engineering analyses and design calculations\nRequirements\nAt least 4 years of experience in mechanical or aeromechanical development\nHigh-level proficiency in SolidWorks\nProven experience taking products from development through production\nExperience working with structured development methodologies and engineering documentation\nExperience working with suppliers and subcontractors\nExperience in planning and executing verification and validation activities\nAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic multi-tasking environment\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nHigh level of engineering rigor attention to detail and ownership\nAdvantages\nExperience in aerial systems development\nFamiliarity with operational systems such as ground control stations or mission-support systems\nExperience working with composite materials\nExperience with PDM or PLM systems such as SolidWorks PDM, Teamcenter, Windchill and ECO ECN processes\nKnowledge of advanced analysis methods such as FEA structural vibration
