We are looking for a Mechanical Product Engineer to lead NPI and manufacturing processes, provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.\nResponsibilities:\nLead, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for advanced defense products\nLead NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, including transferring new products from development to production and supporting integration and assembly processes\nTake full technical ownership of products throughout their lifecycle, including troubleshooting serial production issues and providing effective engineering solutions\nDesign production fixtures, jigs, and specialized tools for manufacturing and testing activities\nProvide ongoing engineering support to production lines in Israel and abroad\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Manufacturing\nPrepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and engineering drawings\nLead Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity\nTrain, mentor, and support technical and engineering personnel\nRequirements:\nB.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - Mandatory\nAt least 3 years of industry experience - Mandatory\nHands-on experience with mechanical manufacturing processes and the ability to read and interpret mechanical and assembly drawings - Mandatory\nProficiency in SolidWorks - Mandatory\nExperience working with suppliers and subcontractors\nStrong English communication skills and ability to work in a global environment\nFamiliarity with manufacturing and assembly production lines\nExperience in designing fixtures and jigs -
