# Mechanical Product Engineer

Join our team in Sderot and take part in developing and manufacturing advanced defense systems. We are looking for a Mechanical Product Engineer to lead NPI and manufacturing processes, provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for advanced defense products Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, including transferring new products from development to production and supporting integration and assembly processes Take full technical ownership of products throughout their lifecycle, including troubleshooting serial production issues and providing effective engineering solutions Design production fixtures, jigs, and specialized tools for manufacturing and testing activities Provide ongoing engineering support to production lines in Israel and abroad Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Manufacturing Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and engineering drawings Lead Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to
