You will work closely with engineering, production, operations, subcontractors, and customers while leading complex technological programs with broad impact and strategic importance.\nIn this role you will\nLead full technical aspects of space camera systems while ensuring compliance with technical requirements and design integrity\nManage and conduct engineering reviews, integrations, tests, and formal release processes\nPlan and control project schedules, quality, and deliverables\nCoordinate and collaborate with program management, customers, subcontractors, and supporting departments\nManage engineering resources, prioritize tasks, and oversee development workstreams\nLead the system from early development phases through final delivery to the customer\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or Electro-Optics - advantage\nAt least 5 years of proven experience leading multidisciplinary development projects\nExperience in developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules\nExperience in the development of electro-optical military systems -
