your place is with us.\nIn this role you will\nLead the design and development process from early project stages through full system integration\nLead trade-off analysis, system optimization, and full development of systems and subsystems under your responsibility\nDefine and manage internal and external interface documents (ICDs), with emphasis on mechanical, electrical, and airborne platform interfaces\nLead integration activities on airborne platforms working with customers and internal development teams\nPlan and lead lab and field tests\nWork closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams including mechanics, electronics, electrical engineering, analyses, and manufacturing\nLead engineering design reviews such as SRR, SDR, PDR, and CDR\nDefine system requirements, manage interfaces, and lead V&V processes throughout the project lifecycle\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field\nM.Sc. in Systems Engineering - Advantage\nAt least 5 years of experience in systems engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems\nExperience leading development teams in a complex project environment\nExperience integrating systems on airborne platforms - Advantage\nExperience in engineering management or design of aerospace products and/or aircraft modifications - Advantage\nExperience with military or civil certification processes for aerospace products -
