Deine Aufgabe Du übernimmst die Rolle des Human Supervisor in Agentic Projekten und steuerst, reviewst und validierst den Output von KI-Agenten nach ELCA Qualitätsstandards Du setzt AI-Entwicklungswerkzeuge (wie Claude Code, GitHub Copilot und ELCAi-Method) zielgerichtet ein und steigerst damit Produktivität und Codequalität in Enterprise-Projekten Du entwirfst und pflegst Agentic-Architekturen und System-Prompt-Strukturen für multi-agent Workflows entlang der gesamten Entwicklungskette (Analyst bis QA) Du entwickelst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit AI-Agentenstabile, performante Java/Angular Lösungen und sicherst dabei ELCA Co
