maximize business value.\nYou will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, finance, procurement, and sales functions across the organization, helping ELCA strengthen its position within key technology ecosystems.\nYour responsibilities\nStrategic Partner Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology partners and vendors.\nAct as the primary liaison between partner organizations and internal stakeholders.\nMonitor partner programs, requirements, competencies, benefits, and strategic initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with partnership obligations, governance processes, and program objectives.\nPromote collaboration and alignment between partner roadmaps and business priorities.\nPartner Programs, Incentives & Funding\nIdentify and maximize opportunities related to incentives, rebates, investments, funding programs, and partner benefits.\nCoordinate submissions, claims, supporting documentation, and follow-up activities.\nMonitor performance against partner targets and business objectives.\nAnalyze opportunities to increase partner-generated revenue and funding utilization.\nEnsure accurate tracking and reporting of partner investments and benefits.\nCertifications & Competencies\nCoordinate certification and accreditation activities across the organization.\nDefine and monitor certification targets required to achieve and maintain partner statuses and specializations.\nWork closely with managers and team leaders to identify training priorities and certification needs.\nTrack certification progress and proactively drive actions to address gaps.\nEnsure compliance with specialization, accreditation, competency, and designation requirements.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nSupport strategic planning initiatives related to alliances and vendor programs.\nCoordinate activities involving sales, delivery, technical teams, finance, procurement, and management.\nIncrease awareness of partnership opportunities and program benefits across the organization.\nFacilitate communication between partner representatives and internal stakeholders.\nContribute to initiatives that strengthen ELCA's partner ecosystem and business growth.\nOperational & Financial Administration\nCoordinate operational activities related to partnership programs, including purchase orders, invoicing processes, approvals, and vendor administration.\nMonitor budgets, funding allocations, reimbursements, and financial reporting activities.\nMaintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.\nEnsure data accuracy across partnership management processes.\nReporting & Performance Monitoring\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.\nMonitor partnership performance, certification attainment, funding utilization, and incentive achievement.\nProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve partnership value.\nSupport management reviews and executive reporting activities.\nYour profile\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail.\nWell-organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nProactive approach to problem solving.\nAbility to work independently while engaging effectively with cross-functional teams.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.\nEducation & Experience\nUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in partner management, alliance programs, vendor management, operations, or a similar role is considered an asset.\nKnowledge of technology partner ecosystems (such as Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Red Hat, or similar vendors) is a plus.\nCertifications or training related to alliance management or partner programs are advantageous.\nWhat we offer\nPermanent employment contract.\nGross annual salary (RAL) between €26,000 and €28,000, depending on experience and qualifications.\nAn international and collaborative environment.\nThe
