university or university of applied sciences) in IT or business administration, or equivalent professional experience\nAt least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in IT projects, ideally with Java/SE-based systems\nStrong communication and leadership skills, with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders in a respectful, solution-oriented way\nThe ability to communicate clearly and convincingly in French and English, written and spoken, including in tenders and marketing contexts\nExperience with AI-assisted business analysis (e.g. using LLMs
