You will lead from the front driving sales and empower staff to grow with the support of an experienced network.\nResponsibilities\nAs a branch leader you will enjoy a day including:\nInspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potential\nEnsuring best management inventory controls are adhered to \nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations to strengthen the growth of their businesses\nCultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence \nDriving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products\nPrioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture \nCoaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities\nAbout you\nTo excel at Elders, you:\nExperience in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services\nAre comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment \nAre resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community\nUnderstand that people are our most important asset\nHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients\nAlthough a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required\nAbout Elders\nAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for over 185 years.
