This role requires strong technical expertise, healthcare regulatory knowledge (CMS and State), and the ability to integrate and analyze data across fragmented clinical and operational systems such as Salesforce and eClinicalWorks (eCW). The analyst will play a key role in enhancing data governance practices and contributing to the creation of a unified data foundation.\nThe annual salary range for the Business Intelligence Analyst position at Center for Elders’ Independence is $95,721 to $145,496. Placement within the range is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data, consistent with CEI’s annual compensation review and established compensation practices.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports supporting leadership, operational, clinical, and regulatory needs.\nProduce accurate, timely leadership, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables.\nPartner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights that support auditability and regulatory readiness.\nWork extensively with data from Salesforce, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and Claimsystems; understand and map data flows. \nPerform data analysis to validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across disparate sources.\nBusiness Intelligence Development\nDesignand developnew reports,and optimize existing reports/dashboards to improve usability, performance, and accuracy.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.\nSupport data governance initiatives by contributing to data standards, definitions, and quality rules.\nHelp establish a unified data foundation and improve data reliability across the organization.\nWork closely with data engineering to ensure consistent and accurate data ingestion.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.\nStrong hands-on experience with: \nSQL Server / T-SQL\nSSRS\nPower BI\nDemonstrated expertise with healthcare reporting, especially: \nCMS regulatory reporting\nState-level medical/clinical reporting\nSolid understanding of data integration, data modeling, and interoperability concepts.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience supporting data governance programs or enterprise data initiatives.\nFamiliarity with healthcare operational workflows and clinical terminology.\nBackground in a mission-driven or healthcare organization.\nThe above job description is intended to communicate the general function ofthementioned position and by no means shall be considered an exhaustive or complete outline of the specific tasks and functions that will be required.CEI reserves the right to change job descriptions, site assignments, and or work hours as required by the needs of the program.All employees are expected to perform their duties within their ability as required by the job and/or as requested by management.\nCenter for Elders’ Independence is a PACE (Program of All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization that uses an interdisciplinary team approach to care planning and care implementation for the purpose of providing high quality, affordable, integrated health care services to the elderly, including an Adult Day Health Center, and promoting autonomy, quality of life and the ability of individuals to live in their communities.
