You’ll design, coordinate, and implement programs that enhance capability, strengthen leadership, and support a culture of continuous improvement and engagement across the business. Working closely with leaders and teams, you will ensure learning initiatives align with Elders’ strategic priorities and values while driving measurable growth in performance and professional development.\nResponsibilities\nLead the end-to-end delivery of Learning & Development programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to support the successful execution of programs, including Sales, Leadership, Retail, and Technical Academies.\nCoordinate all aspects of program administration, including scheduling, logistics, communications, enrolments, and reporting.\nOversee the design, development, and deployment of learning content in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external providers.\nImplement evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact, using insights to inform continuous improvement.\nLeverage Workday, our HR Information System, to manage, track, and report on learning activities, program participation, and completion rates.\nGenerate and analyse learning reports and dashboards in Workday to monitor program performance and inform decision-making.\nCollaborate with the Digital Learning Specialist to integrate innovative learning technologies and platforms that enhance learner engagement and accessibility.\nAbout you\nExperienced in learning and development, capability building, or organisational development roles.\nStrong communicator who can engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.\nHighly organised, with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to measure learning outcomes and drive improvement.\nPassionate about people development and fostering a positive, values-driven culture.\nAdaptable and proactive, with a commitment to collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.\nAbout Elders\nAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
