With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to become a key part of the Residential Property Management team and supported to learn and develop your career.\n\nResponsibilities\nAs a Leasing Officer you will:\nProvide expert administrative support to the team\nOrganise the advertising of properties\nOrganise open homes and the showing of properties\nAssess tenancy applications\nWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities\nMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events\nAbout you\nTo succeed at Elders, you will: \nHave previous customer service experience\nHave a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to obtain one) \nHold a current driver’s licence\nHave excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills \nHave a keen eye for detail \nBe a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills \nBe smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology \nAbout Elders\nAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
